The semi-automatic industrial manipulator for handling ceramic slabs

The pneumatic industrial manipulator of the ceramic – Slab series is designed to be the ideal answer to any need to move individual ceramic slabs up to the size 1.600×3.200 mm, even with a thickness, with pick-up from both horizontal and vertical thanks to the pneumatic proportional rotation that guarantees the perfect inclination required. The suction cups are able to withstand high temperatures (up to 110 ° C) and safely remove structured surfaces without leaving streaks. The fields of application are varied, from picking to checking samples for spreading on the ground / blackboard, oven exit for relays and gauge control on the production line. Thanks to their small size, the industrial manipulators of the ceramic series can be installed on either a classic swing arm or articulated arm with floor fixing, or in a trolley-mounted version on mobile systems (with a base that can be forked using a forklift).
